The first one (5mm)didn’t fit. But it was replaced FOC with a 3/16”!which did. Great service. Many thanks

I was concerned to make sure I got the correct part as the one I have for another of my ovation. 12 strings does not fit the one I was needing- so I gave you the model description – You didn’t appear to reference that but replied referring me to your web ordering section which thankfully turned out ok – the part fits ok – thanks
